Our mission is to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. We are women helping women be their best, do their best. Soroptimist literally translates to ‘best for women.’

We’re international

More than 80,000 women are Soroptimists in 120 countries.  Each year, Soroptimist International (SI) gives more than $1.5 million to programs for women and children.

We’re local

SI of the San Tans has been serving the Southeast Valley for 30 years.  We raise funds for and provide community service directly to local programs for women and children.

We’re all-volunteers

Over the last 30 years, we have raised more than $200,000 and fulfilled more than 10,000 hours of direct community service for Southeast Valley programs and projects for women and children.
